Job summary

TK Maxx Australia in NSW North District is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead teams across Lidcombe, Top Ryde, Chatswood, Blacktown and the Hills District. You will drive store performance, merchandising and day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage a flexible roster, and partner with suppliers to maximise opportunities while upholding brand standards, safety policies and budget priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to keep operations running smoothly
• A creative eye for merchandising and the ability to adapt to constantly changing product ranges
• A passion for coaching and developing others, with a strong focus on team growth and engagement
