Job summary

TJX Australia, operating TK Maxx stores, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Top Ryde NSW to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience through smart merchandising and team leadership.

You'll coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations, oversee stock management and floor sets, and collaborate with district leaders to achieve results in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to keep operations running smoothly.
• A creative eye for merchandising and the ability to adapt to constantly changing product ranges.
• A passion for coaching and developing others, with a strong focus on team growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead across the district, driving results and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• You will bring creativity to life through merchandising, oversee store operations, and support in building high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Lead and inspire store teams to meet and exceed targets while maintaining store standards.
