Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Full-time team member to support merchandise processing, markdown execution, fitting rooms, and POS operations.

You will help maintain a neat store, deliver great customer service, and contribute to profitable sales while upholding TJX policies and safety standards. This 38-hour per week role could progress toward a Duty Manager position, offering development opportunities within TJX’s leading off-price retail model.

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

To carry out day to day tasking delegated by the Management team whilst delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales. These tasks include the processing and flowing of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and the point-of-sale registers.

Please note this is a Full-time 38 hour role which could also lead into a Duty Manager postion.
