Job summary

TK Maxx Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager based in Nowra to lead district teams, drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience across NSW South District.

You will oversee merchandising, store operations, and people development while navigating a flexible rotational roster designed to support work-life balance. Prior retail leadership experience and a passion for coaching will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Experience in merchandising and driving customer-focused store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
