Job summary

Trek Bicycle in Perth, Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, energize a high-performing team, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences at Trek Bicycles.

You'll own the Trek brand, drive sales, margins and stock, lead visual merchandising and store processes, and set weekly to annual goals while growing your people and our community.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team development.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of sales growth.
• Experience with store systems and point-of-sale technology.
