Job summary

Frontline Retail WA in Joondalup is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium furniture showroom. You will drive sales, mentor a high-performing team and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

This role emphasizes stock management, showroom presentation, KPI achievement and strong financial performance, with a base salary of $90k plus super, generous commissions and bonuses. Sundays off may be available as part of a balanced roster.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience.
• A proven track record in high-ticket or consultative sales, ideally within furniture, homewares or another big-ticket retail environment.
• A natural sales focus and strong commercial awareness.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, with a weekday off.

About the Role
