Job summary

Assembly Talent is seeking a Store Manager for a premium fashion brand in Liverpool, NSW. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage a small team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You will own recruitment, rostering, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and health-and-safety standards while coaching your team to exceed targets and maintain premium presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in retail.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Retail operations knowledge including stocktake, rostering and payroll basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations, from opening to closing, and drive sales.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Own weekly/monthly sales targets and adjust approach to meet them.
• Oversee visual merchandising to uphold premium brand presentation.
• Manage stock replenishment, transfers, and weekly stock takes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and people management with HR.
• Drive product knowledge and training to lift sell-through and AOV.
• Ensure health, safety and security standards are met.

• You will own the store's weekly and monthly sales targets, track performance and adjusting your approach to hit them
• You will oversee visual merchandising and ensure the floor always reflects the brand's premium presentation standards
• You will manage stock replenishment, freight,transfersand inventory accuracy through weeklystocktakes
• You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performancereviewsand day-to-day people management in partnership with HR
• You will drive product knowledge across the team, using training programs to lift sell-through and average transaction value
• You will ensure the store meets all health,safetyand security requirements and that your team is trained accordingly
