Job summary

PVH is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the TOMMY HILFIGER team at JINDALEE DFO, QLD 4074. You will lead a store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through effective coaching, visual merchandising, and stock management.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or management experience in retail apparel, a proven track record on KPI targets, and strong communication and people management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
