NMS Petrol Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our BP Fuel Station in Altona North, Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff, manage stock, and ensure top-notch customer service and store presentation.

• At least an AQF Diploma qualification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing a busy retail business.
• Prior experience supervising staff and managing a fuel station is preferred.
• An unrestricted Australian work entitlement is required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service station and convenience store, coordinating staff, maintaining stock and financial controls, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service and store presentation.

• Oversee the daily operation of the service station and convenience store to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.


• Lead, supervise and support retail employees and provide appropriate workplace training and guidance.


• Prepare staff rosters and coordinate staffing requirements according to trading conditions and business needs.
