DuluxGroup is seeking a Store Manager for our Carnegie, VIC Paint Spot Centre. You will lead a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage inventory, run sales campaigns and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

You will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold safety standards while representing a portfolio of trusted DuluxGroup brands in a dynamic retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

Join the team at our Carnegie, VIC Paint Spot Centre as our next Store Manager and support its smooth and efficient running through a range of customers, staff, and sales focused responsibilities.

Day to day you’ll be working closely with our close knit, passionate team on the shop floor - selling and promoting our large range of paints and products to achieve sales targets
