Dulux Trade Centre in Port Hedland, WA is seeking a friendly, energetic retail professional to join our Dulux Stores network. You’ll help trade and DIY customers with genuine care, provide product guidance, and learn paint tinting with full training.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to trade and DIY customers.
• Clear communicator with listening skills.
• Able to think on your feet and resolve issues.
• Physically capable of lifting paint tins up to 25 kg.

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care.
• Providing product advice and recommendations to customers.
• Mixing and tinting paint (training provided).
• Handling transactions and keeping the store tidy and inviting.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care


• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference


• Mixing and tinting paint (we’ll teach you—it’s easier than it sounds!)


• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best

This is a full-timerole of 38 hours per week, based at ourPt Hedland, WA Dulux Trade Centre store. It is essential you are available Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
