Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure smooth daily performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train, develop, and provide formal feedback and performance reviews.
• Set the store's strategic direction to drive financial, customer, people and compliance results.
• Manage stock, inventory, and merchandising to minimise losses.
• Conduct interviews for new team members in collaboration with Area Manager.
