ALDI is recruiting a Store Manager in Australia to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and develop a motivated team. You will train staff, conduct reviews, and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage stock, merchandising, and loss prevention while partnering with the Area Manager to identify improvement opportunities and achieve targets. This is a full-time leadership role at ALDI.
