Coles Group in Townsville Willows is seeking a Store Support Manager to lead and develop a large team while partnering with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding store performance and customer experiences. You will drive operations, merchandising, safety and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
• Proven experience in fast-paced, complex environments
• Assist Store Manager to meet or exceed key commercial targets
• Maintain Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
• Customer-obsessed mindset with understanding diverse customers
• Drive a one-team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing

Responsabilités

• Support all operational and people aspects of the store.
• Contribute to a store that is well presented, welcoming and engaging for customers and team.
• Work with Store Manager to meet or exceed key commercial targets.
