Job summary

Coles Group in Echuca is seeking a Store Support Manager to lead a large team and drive exceptional store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver strong customer experiences, maintain high visual merchandising and safety standards, and foster a one-team culture prioritising wellbeing.

You will coach and develop over 100 team members, navigate a fast-paced retail environment, and strive to exceed commercial targets while keeping customers at the center of decisions.

Qualifications

• Coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Assist Store Manager to meet or exceed commercial targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met.
• Be customer-obsessed and understand diverse customers.
• Promote a one-team culture prioritising health, safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational and people aspects of the store.
• Contribute to a store that is well presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and community.
• Assist in leading retail leadership and achieving store targets.
