Arc’teryx Burnside in Adelaide is seeking a store leader to drive a high‑performing team, deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience, and bring the Arc’teryx vision to life in our local community.

You’ll recruit, onboard, coach, and develop people, oversee labour, expenses, and inventory, and champion sustainability and innovation while building a store culture that reflects our values. This role includes leadership development, product discounts, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing, and leading an engaged, high-performing team
• Leading from the floor and delivering a best-in-class guest experience
• Launching and operating a commercially successful store with strong oversight of labour, expenses, and inventory
• Owning the end-to-end employee experience — from recruitment and onboarding to coaching and development
• Creating a store culture that reflects Arc’teryx values and authentically connects with the local community
• Managing product flow, visual merchandising, and inventory operations
• Championing sustainability, innovation, and outdoor exploration
• Leading weekly leadership huddles to align people, product, operations, and community
