Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a store leader for our Chatswood location. You will build and guide a high-performing team, delivering world‑class guest experience and commercially successful store operations with strong oversight of labour, expenses and inventory.

You’ll own the end-to-end employee experience—from recruitment to coaching—while shaping a store culture that reflects Arc’teryx values and engages the local community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen across budgeting, expenses and performance.
• Proven ability to develop people and build capable teams.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation and community.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing, and leading an engaged, high-performing team.
• Leading from the floor and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
• Launching and operating a commercially successful store with oversight of labour, expenses, and inventory.
• Owning the end-to-end employee experience—from recruitment to coaching.
• Creating a store culture reflecting Arc’teryx values and local community.
• Managing product flow, visual merchandising, and inventory operations.
• Championing sustainability and outdoor exploration.
• Leading weekly leadership huddles to align people, product, operations, and community.
