Job summary

Bailey Nelson Australia Franchising Pty Ltd’s Chapel Street store is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced optician retail environment.

You will coach and inspire staff, partner with an optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success, and maintain a high-energy store culture while delivering the brand promise.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; if you have supervisory/management experience in retail, hospitality or similar we are keen to teach.
