Job summary

Amart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dandenong to support the Store Manager on the sales floor, coach the team, and drive customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure outstanding store performance.

You will develop sales capability, coordinate rosters, maintain visual standards, and use in-store systems for follow-up. If you’re energetic, customer-focused and ready to grow as a retail leader, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a customer-facing sales team.
• Strong people development mindset with coaching ability.
• High sales drive with ability to influence performance.

• Flexible to rosters, including weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor and inspire customers.
• Coach and develop Sales Team Members to build confidence and knowledge.
• Drive store performance with clear targets and daily focus.
• Partner with the Store Manager on rosters and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store.
• Utilise in-store systems to support the sales journey and follow‑up.
