Amart in Cairns is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager on the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead from the front with customers, drive sales, and help grow team capability in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll implement daily targets, manage rosters, maintain visual standards, and use in-store systems to ensure exceptional service, with ongoing training and a commitment to growth within Australia’s leading furniture

• Proven experience in a team leading customer-facing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the sales floor, guiding customer styling choices.
• Coach and support Sales Team Members to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Drive store performance through clear targets and daily focus.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage rosters and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store environment.
• Utilise in-store systems to support the sales journey and follow-up.
