Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking expressions of interest for a Grocery Department Leader on the Gold Coast. You will manage the department as if your own business, tailoring service and product offers to meet local customer needs.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure stock quality, merchandising, rostering, and cost controls while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
