Thales Group is seeking a Stocktake Coordinator to support the Stocktake Governance Manager in enhancing stocktaking capabilities and service delivery. You will execute stocktake programs, analyze data for discrepancies, and ensure timely completion across 17+ depots nationwide.
The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of warehouse processes, and experience with Excel/Word. Defence-warehousing experience is advantageous; Australian citizenship and clearance eligibility are needed.

As a Stocktake Coordinator, you'll support the Stocktake Governance Manager to enhance stocktaking capabilities and improve service delivery efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include executing stocktake and spot check programs, operating inventory management systems, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
