Job summary

Inditex stores in Melbourne are seeking a dedicated team member to support stockroom organization and product flow to the shop floor. You will assist with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment, while maintaining accurate stock handling and following inventory processes.

You’ll work with the team to ensure efficient operations, manage priorities, and respond to store needs across a full-time roster including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive mindset with confidence to support and guide others.
• Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Interest in operational processes and improving how things work.
• Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week).
