Job summary

PVH is seeking a Stock Supervisor for the Tommy Hilfiger team at DFO Homebush, Sydney. The role is Back of House focused, owning day-to-day stock operations and ensuring the store runs efficiently behind the scenes.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, receiving deliveries, preparing stock for the shop floor, and maintaining an organised stockroom while contributing to stock accuracy and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry.
• Experience achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries and prep stock for shop floor.
• Manage stock movement in and out of the store and keep a tidy stockroom.
• Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure stock accuracy.
• Support loss prevention and ensure inventory processes are followed.

We're looking for an organised, energetic and hands-on Back of House Stock Supervisor to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at DFO HOMEBUSH, SYDNEY!

If you love keeping things organised, working in a fast-paced environment and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

As our Stock Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and wider store team to take ownership of the day-to-day stock operations and keep our back of house running efficiently.

You'll be responsible for receiving and processing deliveries, preparing stock for the shop floor, managing stock movement in and out of the store and maintaining an organised and efficient stockroom.

You'll also play an important role in stock accuracy and loss prevention, ensuring our inventory processes are followed and helping the team have the right product, in the right place, at the right time.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
