Job summary

DISSH is seeking an In-store Stock Controller for Bondi to manage stock flow, storage, and replenishment while leading a small team. You will ensure timely receipt of stock, accurate movement to the shop floor, and uphold stock integrity to minimise loss.

You will engage with customers, contribute to a premium in-store experience, and support merchandising and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as an in-store stock controller or warehouse team member with high-volume stock handling.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and business management skills.
• Enjoys physical activity and leading from the front to get the job done.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail through stock management, presentation and replenishment.
• Dynamic, hands-on leadership with ability to coach a team and lead by example.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock in-store, optimise replenishment and storage processes.
• Oversee and lead the team to move stock from back of house to shop floor.
• Ensure incoming stock is received and processed the same day.
• Ensure outgoing stock is accurate and fast.
• Promote stock integrity and loss prevention as a priority for all staff.
• Create and maintain safe stock management OH&S protocols.
• Support shop floor with customers and deliver DISSH customer experience.

The Role: In-store Stock Controller | Bondi

• Responsible for the effective management, replenishment and storage of stock in-store with a core focus on process management to ensure workflow is optimised at all times.
• Oversee and lead the team to ensure replenishment is completed from backof house to shop floor.
• Lead from the front and oversee the team to accept and complete incoming stock the same day it arrives.
• Oversee and lead the team to ensure all outgoing stock is being completed with accuracy and speed.
• Educate and promote stock integrity and loss prevention, to ensure it is held as the highest priority to all team members.
• Create and maintain all OHS protocol relating to stock management to ensure the safety of the store and team.
• Support the store team on the shop floor when required, engaging with customers and contributing to an exceptional DISSH customer experience.

On your first day we'd expect you to already have:

• 1+ years experience as an in-store stock controller OR warehouse team member with strong experience in managing high volume incoming and outgoing stock
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
• Enjoys physical activity and leading from the front to get the job done
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail through effective stock management, presentation and replenishment
• Dynamic and hands‑on leadership, loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same
• You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
• A passion for the DISSH brand and values.
