DISSH Armadale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to co-pilot our iconic Armadale location. You will support the leadership of a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure seamless day-to-day store operations.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the DISSH brand to life, supporting the leadership of a passionate team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the store.

On your first day we'd expect you to already have:

• 2+ years experience in retail fashion (retail leadership experience highly regarded, but not required)
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
• A dynamic and hands-on leader who loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
• A passion for the DISSH brand, vision + mission and ability to embed this within a team
