Accor Apartments & Realty in Australia is seeking a Kitchen Steward to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, in line with hygiene standards to support a high-quality dining experience for guests.

You will work as part of a diverse, fast-paced kitchen team, with flexible shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays. Prior kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus, and a positive, can-do attitude is highly valued.

Kitchen Steward

Purpose As a Kitchen Steward, your role is pivotal in maintaining the sparkle of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities involve upholding cleanliness, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, all while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. You are an integral part of the kitchen brigade, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain impecable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods
• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors
