Job summary

Mercure IT on the Gold Coast is hiring a kitchen porter to support our restaurant and banquets team. You will wash kitchen equipment and crockery, operate dishwashing machinery, and help maintain high cleanliness standards.

You'll assist with waste disposal, relocate deliveries, and ensure hygiene, health, and safety guidelines are followed in a busy kitchen, contributing to smooth front and back-of-house operations.
