Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Attendant to keep our kitchen sparkling by cleaning crockery, utensils, glassware and work surfaces in strict hygiene compliance. You will support the kitchen team with basic prep, assist with meal assembly and garnishes, and adapt to flexible shifts across mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment using dishwashers and manual methods.

Purpose

As a Kitchen Attendant, your role is pivotal in maintaining the sparkle of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities involve upholding cleanliness, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, all while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. You are an integral part of the kitchen brigade, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods


• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors


• Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage


• Provide valuable support to our kitchen team, including various tasks such as basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.

Skills & Experience

• Having practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus


• Have an enthusiastic \"can-do\" attitude and a positive and motivated demeanour
