Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to plan literacy and numeracy programs.
• Experience in planning high-impact teaching strategies and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to reflect on practice and engage in professional learning to improve teaching quality.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and wellbeing in school communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contributing to curriculum development and assessment planning.
• Undertaking parent/teacher meetings and school activities as required.
• Using student data to inform teaching approaches and report progress.
