Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC), a brand of InfraBuild, invites applications for a Scheduler at our Newcastle branch. You will coordinate reinforcement steel orders, interpret drawings, and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines on multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring practical reo knowledge, strong communication with internal teams, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam; flexibility to adapt to project needs is valued.

Qualifications

• Practical reo knowledge from site work or scheduling exposure.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and manage deadlines.
• Confident communication across customers, production and operations.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or Bluebeam is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requirements with Sales, Production and Operations to schedule reinforcing steel orders accurately and on time.
• Interpret structural drawings and generate bar cutting and bending lists.
• Manage customer enquiries, updates, drawings, lead times and production schedules.
• Balance multiple projects and delivery deadlines while keeping customers and internal teams aligned.
• Maintain a strong focus on WHS and compliance across scheduling activities.
