The role offers overtime, regular rotating shifts, and potential permanent opportunities, with pay up to $44 per hour. Applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical and adapt to a rotating shift roster.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks and light to moderate physical work.

We have exciting opportunities available for hands‑on, mechanically minded individuals to join an established Australian manufacturer based in Salisbury QLD

Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or a strong mechanical aptitude, we're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with machinery and being part of a productive team.

THE BENEFITS

YOUR ROLE

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery
• Processing and handling various metal products
• Performing manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
• Identifying and reporting production or equipment issues

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation or a similar industrial environment
• Good mechanical aptitude and an interest in how machinery works
• The physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and manual lifting

Please note: Successful applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical.

Shifts rotate every fortnight, providing exposure to different production schedules.

• Days and Afternoon rotation ( every fortnight)
• Days, Nights & Afternoon rotation ( every fortnight)
• Fixed Afternoon shift
• Fixed Day shift

6am - 2pm

2pm - 10pm

10pm - 6am
