Job summary

La Trobe University’s Bendigo Tech School seeks a STEAM Curriculum & Operations Manager to lead the design, scheduling, and delivery of learning programs.

You will coordinate end-to-end program operations, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on curriculum leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education or a relevant STEAM discipline with substantial experience in curriculum design, program leadership and educational operations; postgraduate study or equivalent experience highly regarded.
• Ability to develop innovative STEAM programs using advanced technologies and contemporary pedagogy.
• Ability to be responsible for the delivery of educational programs.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills with experience in managing and leading staff to promote a cohesive and effective team and managing workflows.
• Proven experience and success in managing staff performance and development.

About the position

Bendigo Tech School is part of the Victorian Government’s commitment to developing enterprise capabilities needed by young people to leverage opportunities in the overlapping fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). The STEAM Curriculum & Operations Manager is the senior internal delivery lead for Bendigo Tech School. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end design, scheduling, quality assurance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of Bendigo Tech School’s learning programs.
