Be working as part of a team delivering statutory land acquisition and land access services for major transport infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you leading compulsory acquisition processes, advising project teams and senior stakeholders, and ensuring land is acquired and accessed lawfully, ethically and on time to support construction delivery.
You will navigate and apply statutory frameworks to deliver timely land access, statutory transactions including compulsory acquisition, road dedication and declaration in a complex, high‑profile infrastructure environment with competing stakeholder interests and legislative obligations.

Your strong statutory, advisory and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across government, infrastructure, property, land acquisition, planning, legal or valuation environments, will see you excel in managing complex compulsory acquisition matters, influencing outcomes across multiple projects and balancing legislative compliance with community expectations to lead to successful land acquisition, access and compensation outcomes that enable project delivery.
You’re recognised as a trusted advisor who acts with integrity and sound judgement, skilled at managing sensitive statutory processes and stakeholder negotiations, experienced in working within legislative frameworks, advising on compulsory acquisition and land access, and contributing to large‑scale infrastructure or property programs.
