As the Senior Acquisition Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex land acquisition and compensation programs that enable public purpose outcomes across Property & Development NSW (PDNSW). You will provide strategic leadership and authoritative advice to support Government priorities, manage risk, ensure legislative compliance and promote fair, transparent acquisition practices.
This role will see you develop acquisition strategies, lead high-value and sensitive acquisition matters, oversee valuation, legal and technical specialist inputs, and negotiate with landowners, agencies, advisers and other stakeholders to resolve complex matters and secure timely transaction outcomes. You will also manage acquisition budgets, forward estimates and funding submissions, and report on acquisition, litigation, financial and risk matters to executives.
