About the Role

Ambalindum Station is seeking an experienced and motivated experienced Station Hand to join our livestock operations team. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with strong cattle handling skills, sound station experience, and the ability to work independently while supporting and mentoring other team members. Based in a remote station environment, you will play a key role in day‑to‑day livestock operations, animal welfare, property maintenance, and team leadership activities. Drawing on demonstrated time in industry experience, you will contribute to the safe, efficient, and productive running of the station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily station work activities and livestock operations.
  • Muster, handle and process cattle while maintaining high animal welfare standards.
  • Follow and promote all Workplace Health & Safety procedures and requirements.
  • Support, mentor and share skills with junior station staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team culture.
