Job summary

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Sydney CBD NSW seeks a Governor/General Manager to lead the corrective services centre with accountability-based management, safety, and security for staff, inmates and visitors, in line with policy and KPIs.

You will drive strategic, trauma-informed services, lead major projects, and work with a high-performing team to strengthen workforce capability across CSNSW and deliver outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• Proven senior managerial experience.
• Experience in a correctional environment or similar complex operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the effective, accountability-based management of a correctional centre/complex.
• Lead special projects or specialised services within Corrective Services NSW.
