Qualifications

• Senior managerial experience in a correctional/justice environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations with accountability for safety and security.
• Experience guiding large-scale projects or specialised services within a state agency.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of a correctional centre, ensuring staff, inmates and visitors are safe and secure.
• Lead and deliver special projects or services within Corrective Services NSW.
• Ensure compliance with policy, duty of care requirements and defined standards.
