This hands‑on, floor‑based leadership role focuses on running the clinic and dispensary like a well‑oiled business.

You will own the site P&L, manage labour, roster efficiency and operational cost control while driving performance across patient experience and revenue.

Green Life Clinics is expanding across Victoria and we’re seeking an experienced, commercially minded Business Operations Manager (we refer to this role as Operations Manager internally) to take full ownership of one of our high‑performing locations. This is a hands‑on, floor‑based operational leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, drives performance through people, and knows how to run a site like a well‑oiled business.

As the Business Operations Manager, you are the business manager of your location. You’ll lead all operational functions — clinic, practitioners, dispensary, concierge and patient experience ensuring the site is compliant, efficient, profitable and delivering consistently high standards.

You’ll be the person who keeps the engine running: lifting performance, solving problems early, coaching teams, and driving commercial outcomes without constant escalation to senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all day‑to‑day operations across clinic, practitioners, concierge and dispensary functions.
• Drive commercial performance: site KPIs, practitioner productivity, dispensary results, revenue and profitability.
• Own the site P&L, labour management, roster efficiency and operational cost control.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment utilisation and workflow coordination to maximise throughput.
• Build a high‑performance, accountable culture where staff are coached, developed and held to clear standards.
• Ensure compliance across all operational, healthcare, pharmacy and workplace requirements.
• Identify operational, financial, compliance and people‑related risks — and act early to resolve them.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance conversations, conduct management and team development.
• Implement new processes, operational improvements and organisational initiatives smoothly and consistently.
• Maintain strong collaboration between practitioners, pharmacists, concierge and support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, clinic or multidisciplinary operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, labour performance, commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Strong people leadership — coaching, performance management, standards setting and team development.
• Experience with 3CX, Halaxy or similar operational/clinical systems.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance, governance and risk.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to stabilise operations quickly.
• A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel may be required).
