Connor Clothing in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic State Manager to drive performance across our growing network of stores. You will lead Ops, Area, and Store Managers, set state-wide strategies, and champion an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll coach leaders, foster ownership and accountability, manage wages, expenses, stock, and plan new store openings to sustain rapid growth. Travel is part of the role, and a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a State Manager or senior retail leader.
• Proven success in driving sales, lifting KPIs, and leading large teams.
• Strong commercial and financial skills - you know your numbers.
• Passionate, positive, and solutions-focused with a ‘make it happen’ mindset.
• A natural people leader who inspires, engages, and develops talent.
• Flexibility to travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop your Ops, Area, and Store Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Build and execute strategies that grow sales, lift KPIs, and drive profitability.
