Job summary

Connor is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and profitability in its Queensland retail stores. The role supports the Store Manager and leads the team with motivation, coaching and high customer service standards.

You will help manage wages, rosters, stock procedures and training to maintain strong store performance and customer satisfaction while upholding the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail team.
• Strong customer service standards and problem solving.
• Experience in rostering and wage control helpful.
• Ability to drive sales plans and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of retail KPI targets and store profitability.
• Monitor store performance and control expenses, especially wages.
• Ensure customer service standards and satisfaction are maximised.
• Lead and develop store team with training and communication.
