Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Brisbane is seeking a Director in Infrastructure to lead end-to-end delivery across rail, roads, power, water and renewables. You will drive growth, build client relationships and mentor a high-performing team.

You bring 15-20 years of major infrastructure experience, a degree in Engineering or related field, and proven ability to win work and shape strategy in the local market.

We’re seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us asDirector in our Infrastructure team.You’ll bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.

In this role, you will:

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20years’ relevant industry experience, ideally including major Infrastructuresector projects.
• Willingness to be located inBrisbane, Australia.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experiencein business generation with strong industry contactsto help us diversify our client base.
• Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, and roads.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing future talent.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
• Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of growth opportunities in the local market.
• Skilled in producing resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, and parametric cost models.
