Job summary

Officeworks Ltd. is launching its largest Supply Chain site in Redbank, QLD, and seeks a State Inventory Lead to own stock accuracy across the Queensland network.

You will drive inventory control, lead a team, and partner with site leadership and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and best‑practice processes. You will oversee stocktakes, cycle counts, reconciliations and reporting, while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory control and inventory accuracy programs.
• Strong understanding of stocktakes, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze data and develop practical inventory solutions.
• Proven leadership in building and coaching high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy across the site network and ensure robust controls.
• Lead stocktakes, cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor inventory performance, trends and risks with timely reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and support a high‑performing inventory team.
