Blackwoods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small Mt Isa team across two sites, ensuring inventory accuracy, safe practices, and strong customer outcomes. This permanent, full-time role is based in Mount Isa City, QLD, with opportunities to influence operations and drive commercial results.

You will manage a team of four, identify improvement opportunities, oversee stock control, and foster a collaborative culture while maintaining high safety standards and exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment (multi-site experience is highly regarded).
• Strong inventory management experience including cycle counting, stock rotation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a warehouse team of 4 team members.
• Allocate resources to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive safety culture with toolbox talks, safety stand-ups and WHS initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management including cycle counting, stock allocation and accuracy.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and provide timely solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate receiving, pick/pack, dispatch and inventory control to meet service levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a customer-focused approach.
• Understand how logistics impacts commercial performance.
