Job summary

Kappa Executive Search in Sydney seeks a senior leader to establish and grow the Sydney Quantity Surveying team, guide major property projects and shape the future of a nationally recognised advisory business.

You will mentor the next generation of QS professionals, strengthen long-term client relationships and join the National Executive Team, driving growth and cross‑disciplinary collaboration with the Project Management division.
