Formación

• Graduate with up to 3-5 years' experience in a professional Quantity Surveying company in Australia.

The team in Sydney is a close group of 12 professionals who collaborate and communicates well to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. You will be encouraged to think independently and solve problems, with the support of the leadership team who believe that the best learning occurs through enabling people to think independently. Although this role is primarily office-based, you will be given ample opportunities to visit live projects and work directly with clients. Work is a balance between pre and post contract duties. Exceptional mentorship is offered for Quantity Surveyors undertaking the AIQS Assessment of Professional Competency Program.

• Proficiency in cost planning, budget preparation, contract administration, tender analysis, and the preparation of tenders, contracts, and master documentation.
• Experience using specialist software packages such as CostX and Revit, with good working knowledge of BIM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a keen interest in new technologies and software.
• Full-time working rights in Australia.
