Qualifications

• No prior aged care experience required; full training provided via the Opal HealthCare Academy.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long-term career in aged care.
• Demonstrated ability to work with empathy and respect for residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks in a safe, respectful manner.
• Build genuine relationships and provide meaningful social connection.
• Assist with non-clinical care, including meals, laundry and environment.
• Learn on the job while pursuing Certificate III in aged care.
