• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Availability for Monday to Friday AM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks in a safe, respectful way.
• Build genuine relationships and provide meaningful social connection.
• Assist with non-clinical care, including meals, laundry and environment.
• Work with experienced care teams in a supportive setting.
• Learn on the job while working towards a Certificate III.
