Qualifications

• Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer service, or project administration.
• Strong organisational, administration and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with databases, reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in infrastructure/project environments is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints and commitments through Consultation Manager (CRM).
• Coordinate stakeholder issues and drive timely resolution across project teams.
• Support community engagement activities, stakeholder meetings and project events.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, notifications and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, reporting, project records and engagement trackers.
• Build positive relationships with residents, businesses, landowners and community stakeholders.
