Job summary

McConnell Dowell is delivering the Yan Yean Road Upgrade Project in Melbourne's north-east. As a Stakeholder and Communications Coordinator, you will coordinate stakeholder enquiries, community engagement activities and project reporting, ensuring communities stay informed and stakeholders connected throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer service or project administration.
• Strong organisational, administration and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with databases, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in infrastructure or project environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints and commitments through Consultation Manager (CRM).
• Coordinate stakeholder issues and drive timely resolution across project teams.
• Support community engagement activities, stakeholder meetings and project events.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, notifications and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, reporting, project records and engagement trackers.
• Build positive relationships with residents, businesses, landowners and community stakeholders while supporting engagement strategies and plans.
